废钢剪切机工作原理:
Working principle of scrap shears:
由电力电机驱动液压传动装置(无电源的地方可用柴油机作动力),液压传动装置驱动压料机构和剪切机构,达到切断钢板的目的。

一般来讲,钢板剪切机的剪切口,由上下两个刀片组成,下刀片多为固定刀片,上刀片为活动刀片。当废钢进入刀口,压料装置下压固定废钢,然后上刀片向下运动切断废钢,切断后上刀片和压件机构回升至原始位置等待下次剪切过程,如此循环。
Generally speaking, the cutting port of the steel plate shearing machine is composed of two blades, the lower blade is mostly fixed blade and the upper blade is movable blade. When the scrap enters the cutting edge, the pressing device presses down to fix the scrap, and then the upper blade moves downward to cut off the scrap. After cutting off, the upper blade and the pressing mechanism pick up to the original position and wait for the next cutting process, and so on.
