注意事项
Matters needing attention
（1）未经学习，不了解机器结构、性能和操作规程者不得擅自开动机器。
(1) Without learning, those who do not know the structure, performance and operation rules of the machine shall not operate the machine without authorization.
（2）机器各润滑处应按要求，每班至少加注一次润滑油。
(2) The lubricating parts of the machine shall be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.
（3）加入油箱内的液压油，应严格使用高品质的抗磨液压油，必须经过严格过滤，并且应经常保持足够的油量，不足时应立即加注油液。
(3) The high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil should be strictly used when adding the hydraulic oil into the tank. It must be filtered strictly, and enough oil should be maintained regularly. When it is insufficient, the oil should be filled immediately.
（4）油箱每半年应清洗并更换新油一次，但第一次清洗过滤油液不能超过一个月，使用过一次的新油液经过严格过滤后允许再用一次。
(4) The tank should be cleaned and replaced once every six months, but the first cleaning and filtering oil should not exceed one month. The new oil used once is allowed to be reused after strict filtering.
（5）当出现比较严重漏油或在工作中发生异常现象时，应立即停车，分析原因并排除故障，不得强行带病运转。
(5) When serious oil leakage occurs or abnormal phenomena occur in the work, stop immediately, analyze the causes and troubleshoot, and do not force the operation with illness.
（6）机器在运转或打包过程中，不得进行修理或用手抚摸运动部位，严禁用手或脚在料箱内按压物料。
(6) During the operation or packing of the machine, repair or touching the moving parts with hands shall not be carried out, and pressing materials in the bin with hands or feet shall be strictly prohibited.
（7）泵、阀、压力表进行调整时，必须要有经验的技术工人进行，如发现压力表有故障，应立即检查检查或更新表。
(7) When adjusting the pumps, valves and pressure gauges, experienced technicians must do it. If the pressure gauges are found to be faulty, they should check or update the tables immediately.
